  • Explore my website to determine if I'm the right fit for your needs, and then feel free to schedule a complimentary 15-minute discovery call.

    Upon confirming your initial consultation, I'll send you my terms and conditions along with a health questionnaire and a food diary. Please complete and return these at least two days before our scheduled session. This allows me ample time to review the information and prepare thoughtful points for our in-depth discussion.

    After our initial meeting, I'll take four business days to conduct research and develop a personalised plan for you.

    You will receive a weekly check in to keep you on track.

    We'll reconvene four weeks after your initial consultation for a follow-up appointment, where we can discuss your progress, celebrate your successes, and address any challenges you may have encountered.

  • The timeline for improvement varies from person to person, largely depending on the duration you've been experiencing symptoms. While healing doesn't always follow a linear path, minor adjustments can often yield noticeable improvements in a relatively short period of time. Ultimately, the rate of progress is highly individualised.

  • The frequency of appointments will differ from person to person, with the ultimate aim being to reduce the number of sessions as you learn to take control of your own health journey. My primary objective is to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to take the reins of your own well-being.

  • Within 4 working days.

  • Typically, follow-ups occur within a 4-6 week timeframe, unless you've opted for more frequent consultations.

  • Functional tests aren't always a requirement, especially if your general practitioner has already conducted specific tests for you. Rest assured, I will only recommend a test if I genuinely believe it will contribute positively to your healing.

  • Indeed, the cost of tests can add up, as they often need to be repeated for accurate monitoring. The prices can vary widely, ranging from approximately £30-£350+.

  • Certainly, I'll recommend supplements if I believe they'll benefit you, but my primary focus is always on a food-first approach. Supplements are meant to be complementary to a balanced diet.

‘Sally has completely changed the way I look at my health. I’m not great with change as I like my routine so I was quite nervous about the thought of having to incorporate new strategies but was also aware that I needed to have an open mind if I wanted to find a solution to my issues’

'I was having trouble sleeping, getting up at least twice every night for the loo and was also struggling with low level stress and anxiety. Sally is so warm and welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. I had already sent her my typical food diary ahead of my appointment but we discussed this in much more depth as well as family health history, exercise and lots of other lifestyle elements that could be contributing factors.

It’s amazing that some of her questions actually drew out other problems that I didn’t even realise were problems (as I assumed it was normal), like leg cramps when I stretch in the morning.

Sally provided me with a whole list of recommendations based on her analysis of my specific  requirements including; nutrient rich foods to incorporate into my diet, herbal teas, exercise, herbal supplements, relaxation & breathing techniques. It took me a couple of weeks for me to really get into it and take on board the changes but the effects were quite dramatic. I was losing weight without really trying, I am now sleeping through the night without getting up and my stress levels have reduced considerably. I haven't had to change too many things in my diet just some switches here and there, plus more specific veggies for reducing stress and promoting sleep and less refined carbs. 

Sometimes you know you need to change, but you need someone with the knowledge and expertise to push you in the right direction. Sally has so much passion for health and helping people achieve their best, but it’s really up to you to put the work in and follow her recommendations. For me they were incredibly accurate and have made lasting changes to my lifestyle'

I still had symptoms of inflammation and intolerance to some foods and was now negotiating surgical menopause. I wanted to reduce my symptoms, improve energy levels, and support my body’s needs as much as possible.
